Founded in 1959 on Place Longemalle, Chocolaterie Zeller perpetuates the art of artisanal chocolate. In 1994, Monika Gimmi and Brigitte Zentilini joined the adventure, followed in 1998 by master chocolatier Bruno Chessel.
Located on the corner of Rue du Rhône, the boutique showcases unique creations and exceptional craftsmanship. In 2011, a second store opened in Thônex with a modern laboratory. Today, Monika designs, Brigitte manages sales, and Bruno manufactures, ensuring the continuity of this chocolate passion.
Our team
Behind each creation is a close-knit team of six experts, united by a genuine family spirit.
The laboratory
In our laboratory, creativity comes to life. Monika imagines, Bruno perfects: together, they transform chocolate into true pieces of art.
Inspired by the seasons, they passionately design unique chocolate and marzipan figurines: mice, fish, penguins and many other delicious surprises.
It is also here that our house specialties and traditional recipes are born, prepared with care and love for the profession.

Every morning, chocolates freshly prepared in our Thônex laboratory arrive in the store, carefully orchestrated by Brigitte.
